Setting up your learning environment is simpler than you might think. Here's what you need to get started with our investment education programs.
Your Learning Setup
Most learners already have everything they need. We've kept the requirements minimal because your focus should be on learning, not troubleshooting tech issues.
Computer or Tablet
Any device from the last five years works fine. Desktop, laptop, or tablet—whatever fits your learning style.
- Windows 10 or later, macOS 10.14+, or modern Linux
- iPad (5th generation or newer) works great too
- At least 4GB RAM for smooth video playback
- Basic processor—no gaming rig needed
Internet Connection
A stable connection lets you stream lessons and access materials without frustration.
- 10 Mbps or faster recommended
- Downloads available for offline viewing
- Mobile data works for reading materials
- WiFi preferred for video content
Modern Web Browser
Keep your browser updated and you're good to go. We support all the common ones.
- Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- Latest version or one update behind
- JavaScript enabled (usually default)
- Cookies allowed for our learning platform

Before our autumn 2025 programs begin, we'll send detailed setup instructions. You'll have plenty of time to test everything and ask questions. Nobody starts a course uncertain about whether their tech will work.
